RETURNS
You can return an item within 14 days from when the order arrived to you to get a full refund or exchange. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO SALE ITEMS, which cannot be returned.

Items must be returned unused and in perfect condition, in their original packaging. Make sure the original packaging will remain undamaged. Any package returned after the prescribed time frame will be refused and returned to the sender. Åt Kotyre cannot be held responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged.

Unless there has been a mistake from my side with the order, the costs and risks pertaining to the return of product(s) are borne by the sender. Please note: we recommend a shipping service with reliable tracking or purchasing shipping insurance, since we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

Before you return an item, please send an email to: aat.kotyre@gmail.com with the subject “Return”. You will then receive instructions per email.

Once your refund has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your returned item is received. In this mail you will be notified if the return is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and you will automatically receive your refund receipt via email. The full refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days.

The product(s) must be returned to the following address - I do not accept returns to a parcelshop.

MISSING REFUNDS?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially stated. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us:

Did you get the wrong size or color?

Please get in touch with the studio. We will do our best to satisfy your needs, but be aware that you may experience production time and shipping time for exchange. Of course we will prioritize your order <333
